1. About Us
Parlor Aesthetics+ ("we", "our", "us") provides a white-label digital learning platform for aesthetics academies. Individual academies are responsible for the content they publish, the memberships they offer and the training they provide.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
By using the platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Memberships
Memberships are provided by individual academy partners.
Membership fees, billing dates and cancellation policies are determined by the academy operating the membership. Parlor Aesthetics+ provides access to the platform but is not responsible for pricing decisions made by partner academies.

4. Learning Content
Courses are intended for educational purposes only. Completion of any course does not guarantee professional competence, employment or insurance eligibility unless explicitly stated by the academy delivering the training. Students remain responsible for ensuring they meet all regulatory and insurance requirements relevant to their practice.

5. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, design, templates and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Parlor Aesthetics+ unless otherwise agreed in writing. Course materials remain the property of the academy that created or licensed them. You may not copy, distribute or reproduce platform content without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
• Share login details with others.
• Attempt to copy or reverse engineer the platform.
• Upload unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated where these Terms are breached.

7. Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
From time to time maintenance, updates or events outside our control may affect access.

8. Payments
Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access to the platform.

9. Refunds
Refund policies are determined by the individual academy providing the membership or course.
Parlor Aesthetics+ is not responsible for refund decisions relating to academy memberships or educational content unless the payment relates directly to services supplied by us.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parlor Aesthetics+ shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, profits, data or opportunity arising from the use of the platform.
Nothing within these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

11. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

12. Platform Changes
We reserve the right to modify, improve or update the platform and its features at any time.

13. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms have been breached or where continued use of the platform presents a security or legal risk.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
